An Amazing Discovery

Look what I found on the table.

David and I automatically knew it was coming from Ryan. Jacob, the horse, was his toy that he usually likes to carry. But we thought it was amazing after Ryan put it all together as if it was a carriage: horse, skateboard, house key, treasure chest, tape and rubber band to hold it together. This is a good sign that he has improved with his imagination. Perhaps, he will become a future engineer.

Dylanzilla

This is another round project for Dylan's. This time the teacher gave him the assignments to create a story about himself in a movie after he read, "Dogzilla" from the 3rd grade curriculum. Of course, I helped him to improvise the story, especially having a Halloween around the corner.

Star

Two weeks ago, our cat Star was required to wear a "collar" because he had a very bad eye infection. We believe it was due to having a cat fight with Moonlight, our other cat. At first, we thought we would have one of his eyes removed. But the time we got to the Vet for the second time round. The vet brought a better news. Star's eyes got a LOT better. He, the vet, mentioned his blood vein has been shrinking. Thus, he needs to continue to have a medication.. But he does not need to have a collar.

This time, he was able to play more, especially with Ryan.

Window

No more than three weeks ago, I have mentioned that all of my little and big men had lost a tooth on the same week. Little I know that Dylan would have lost two tooth less than a month. He was so proud to have a "window." Dylan just would like to earn extra cash from Tooth Fairy because he was so proud to pull his teeth on his own without depending on the dentist.

At the end, he was so EXCITING to get a five dollar from a Tooth Fairy!

Dylan and Ryan

A week ago, I took two PERFECT pictures of my sons, Dylan and Ryan while we were at Seaport Village. I was so pleased that they cooperated with me.

Seaport Village

Over the Fall Break, the boys and I went over to Seaport Village for the nice, sunny afternoon. Once we got there, we decided to stop by the Hat Store. There were many different kinds of hats from golf to silly hats. The boys enjoyed trying out for hats. I have seen other people from all ages trying out hats for fun, too.

After trying out for the hats, we went inside some of the stores. This included visiting Shells store which it was one of Ryan's destinations to visit. They were awed to see tons of shells. Of course, I purchased some of the shells for them including a pair of earrings for me. OH, I love earrings!

We also stayed for a lunch and a dessert treat. Both boys chose their own favorite ice cream. Dylan picked Mint Chocolate just like his dad. Ryan ALWAYS chose Chocolate. It made him look like having chocolate goatee. When Dylan tried to take the ice cream wrapper off, the ice cream cone fell out. He was upset for a short time. But then he said to me, "The next time I have an ice cream, I will ask you for a help." He was being a good sportsmanship this time.

Just before we hit off for home, both Ryan and Dylan enjoyed chasing the birds and looking over the sea. One thing I could tell you I was surprised that they did NOT want to go on a Merry Go Around! I guess I have to move on, and let them being a real big boy.
