At Last !
Do you know why I mentioned, "At last? It is because Ryan was qualified to go out with a car seat: he now made up to 61 pounds and is 50 inches. He just was one inches more and one more pound more than the California's law.
When I asked him if he would like to go without a car seat, he gave me a thumb up!

He is growing up so fast. I bet he was happy . It probably made him feel more grown up not to have to sit in a car seat.
